‘Employee Onboarding Software’ refers to the software custom-built to take care of the recruitment needs of a company. It helps streamline the onboarding process by helping in creating a talent pool and filling it with relevant candidates.

The software also helps in parsing the resume of the candidates and cataloguing them for future usage. If a position opens up, the software automatically checks for the ideal candidate and helps choose a list of finalized ones. HR can take it forward and schedule an interview using the software itself.
