Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Implement and monitor project management tools such as Smartsheet to track project progress, identify issues and risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that project teams are aligned with these plans.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities and have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project success, working proactively to mitigate these risks and issues before they become problematic.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete and accurate, including project plans, status reports, and project closure documents.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • At least 6 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple implementations of business software products, such as HRMS and payroll software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues

Job Description:

 

  • HRMS Application Implementation, training and support
  • Work with clients on Implementation of HRMS / Payroll Application
  • Requirement Gathering (define & document client requirement)
  • Scope documentation (draft and agree project plans and fee quotes)
  • Process mapping (Manage and provide professional services for the software as required during the entire project life cycle)
  • Training (provide training for users of the software and develop training materials)
  • Coordination between client requirement and development team (maintain regular communication with implementation manager and product teams to discuss support issues and feature request)
  • End user support ( post implementation support)
  • Demonstration of Product

  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
  • Building relationships with customers at the ground level and mid-management level, to help
  • Manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager/Lead.

 

Required Skills-

 

  • 2+ years of experience in HRMS/SAAS Domain.
  • Should have experience in BRD and FRD documentation.
