Change Programme

What is Change Programme?

A ‘Change Programme’ is a set of changes that a company implements to create positive changes in a workplace. This programme is developed keeping in mind the employees and their competencies.

Generally, a change programme is formulated with the active involvement of the HR department as well as the higher management so that it could be as effective as possible.

This kind of programme is implemented on an individual employee level and its effectiveness is measured. If it is found to be a success, an organizational-level change programme is implemented to attain peak performance and ensure the overall success of the company.
