Contingency Recruiter

What is Contingency Recruiter ?

‘Contingency Recruiter’ is a type of recruiter whose income is based on the fact that a candidate gets employed with the company. In other words, a ‘Contingency Recruiter’ gets paid, only if the candidate is placed in the position.

Further claws might also dictate that the candidate must perform and continue with the company for a predetermined amount of time for the payment to be completed. This helps the company as the recruiter would take fewer chances in this scenario.

As far as the recruiting agency is concerned, the payment ranges between 12.5% to 20% of the candidate’s annual basic salary. On the other hand, it is also cost-effective for the company as they will be getting a good candidate within their time frame.
