Form C – Register of Establishment

After all the procedure in Form ‘B’ is completed successfully, the establishment can enter into the Maharashtra Shops and Establishment Act. It will be mentioned in Form ‘C’.

 If in case, the application is not completed or supported with the required documents, then your form will be rejected by mentioning the reasons within seven working days from the date on which the application appears on the dashboard of the Facilitator.
