‘Executive Coaching’ refers to the coaching provided to the senior management of a company. It is much different from the legacy training methods used in training lower-level employees.

Usually, the training would be conducted to upgrade the technological skills or advance the people management skills of the senior management. It might also be conducted in cases where the trainee has to visit some other country and needs to be accustomed to the traditions of the land.

The executive training is usually conducted on a one-on-one basis with the trainer being able to provide personal attention and garner the entire focus of the trainee.
