Indoline is a leading modular furniture manufacturer with offices at multiple locations across Maharashtra. Being a people and technology-driven company, they wanted to streamline their payroll and employee management processes. They were using an ERP-based solution to undertake these tasks earlier; however, it was inefficient since it was not customized to cater to their employees’ demands.

 

Indoline was looking for a solution that could streamline the processing of employee payroll from multiple locations seamlessly. While the ERP could handle salary processing at each location individually, handling it collectively was still undertaken manually, which proved to be a tedious and time-consuming task, despite having an ERP. Additionally, taxes and compliance were also handled manually, which added a level of difficulty.

 

The other aspects of employee management, like engagement, attendance, leave, training, recruitment, onboarding, etc., were also being undertaken manually due to the limited functionalities provided by their ERP solution. Hence, they decided to opt for a system that could provide comprehensive HR and employee management.
