They have various schools within and outside India, and hence, they were facing multiple issues in managing their staff members effectively. It was especially challenging to standardize their payroll processing as their staff included administrative clerks, teachers, bus drivers, janitors, and more.
They also had fragmented exit formalities, which required manual coordination among various departments. Similarly, stop payment release was another major challenge for the HR teams.
