Stay Interviews

What is Stay Interviews?

‘Stay Interviews’ are those interviews which ask the currently active employees in a company to provide feedback on their process, their daily duties as well as the overall job satisfaction.

It is conducted to understand the mindset of the employees towards their current position and take necessary measures to improve their job satisfaction. Hence, it helps the company prevent attrition before it happens.

As the employee retention rates start rising, the company would have an engaged workforce that will be loyal towards them as they know that their feedback is being worked on, and the suggested improvements are being deployed.
