As per Rule 20(4) under Maharashtra Shops and Establishment Act, It is mandatory to maintain Form M – register of leave for every employer of any establishment. Employers can review and analyse all the leave-related details from the employee’s end. The employer should maintain the leave register of all employees in the given format.
