Rule 26(1): Form X – Register of Wages

 A registration form should be filled out at the work spot based on wage details in Form X. This form is known as the Register of Wages – Form X.

In brief,

• Columns 1 to 15 of Form X are about the details of wages. Employees must submit the complete wage details along with PF  and ESI details before the due date.
• Columns 16 and 17 of the form include the employee’s date, signature, and thumb impression for identity purposes.
