Fly In, Fly Out

What is Fly In, Fly Out?

‘Fly In, Fly Out’ refers to a kind of employment where the company transports the employee to the work site and transports them back to their homes once the work period is completed.

This kind of employment is implemented in remote areas where securing a place to stay is either impossible or dangerous, for example, oil rigs, remote forests, etc.

It is deployed in cases where the cost of relocating the employee would be significantly higher than transporting them and providing temporary accommodation during their stay. Similarly, it might also be the only feasible option in case of the examples mentioned above.
