Talent Pooling

What is Talent Pooling?

‘Talent Pooling’ refers to the process of building a talent pool, which is a database of candidates that is built by the recruiter while conducting a recruitment drive.

When multiple candidates apply for a job, the recruiter is able to build a database with their relevant details and whenever there is another job opening, the recruiter can directly contact the candidates with the relevant experience and skills.

This increases the effectiveness of recruitment while also saving the company time and effort in searching for talented employees. With the advent of Applicant Tracking Systems, it has become easier to maintain a talent pool as well as nurture the candidates to find the perfect individual for any kind of job position.
