2022 has been a monumental year for Pocket HRMS as we continued our streak of developing innovative and disruptive features that created a ripple across the HRMS landscape. Since companies were trying to bring employees back to office at the start of the year, we concentrated on features that improved employee engagement. We also implemented numerous amazing features which improved the ease of usage for the HR team. Hence, let us go through the major highlights of Pocket HRMS in 2022:

 

January, February and March

CTC Calculator

User can configure the formulas and make templates as per Job Profiles. CTC calculator will give bifurcation as per the salary components defined in the selected template once CTC to be offered to candidate is entered.

 

Appraisal Module

HR can enable remarks/comments for employees after completion of appraisal process and manager and admin can view these remarks.

 

Pay-slip Email Log

User can view sent Pay-slip email log and retry in case of email failure.

 

Master Screen Field Configuration

Users can configure the fields across Candidate Profile, Job Details and Career Page to be visible, optional or mandatory.

 

April and May

Appraisal

Admin can delete appraisals including KPI for all employees and delete stage wise approval deletion.

 

Appraisal Peer Ratings

The admin can create new users for the sole purpose of Appraisal Peer ratings for the employees. The new user will only have access to the appraisal module. The admin can define various parameters, questions and assign managers as well for the appraisal.

 

Attendance

Managers can mark the attendance and update Overtime hours of their Team on present dates manually. Admin can mark attendance and update Overtime hours of employees for present and backdated dates manually.

June

Report

Attendance reports can be configured to be downloaded in a split shift-based format.

 

Compensation Pay and Overtime Approval

Managers can update and approve Overtime hours and Compensatory Pay for Week off and Holidays from ESS Portal.

 

Custom Login Screen

Admin can add up to 4 images and a group company logo for the ESS Portal Login screen.

 

Market Place

HR/Admin can enable integrations such as Cleartax, Xoxoday, SmartOnboard, and more for their employees.

 

July

Attendance

Admin/HR can allow manager an access to make changes in the overtime hours of employees.

 

Appraisal

View only access can be given to managers so they can view employee’s appraisal.

 

Employee Timeline

Admin/HR can view employees’ timelines for events such as date of joining, confirmation date, increment, updates in designation, department, salary, and much more.

 

August

Appraisal

Admin/HR can enable total ratings to be displayed on employee and managers’ screens. Employees can view the total ratings of their appraisal.

 

Detailed Appraisal Report

Managers can download appraisal reports in Excel sheets and PDF format. These reports include details such as employee remarks, Custom KPI Fields and Parameters.

 

September

Roster Management

Managers can Apply the roaster for entire their team and Admin/HR can Apply roaster for all employees.

Single Sign On

The employees can experience the ease of password-less sign-in with a single click using their Microsoft Account. They will have to enable Single Sign On (SSO) by giving access to their Microsoft Account for the first time.

 

October

Training

Admin can select employees in bulk and assign them training.

 

Hire Module

Recruiters need to whitelist their company’s domain as well are other website’s domain before posting jobs on those domains.

 

November

Leave

When employee apply for leave they can allocate their crucial tasks to their peers before going on the leave.

 

Appraisal

Appraisal View Active and Inactive Stages and Change in Manager. Both Employees and Managers can view the previous appraisal data. In case the manager changes during the process, the new manger can continue the process as well as view appraisals done by previous manager.
