Today we will discuss the latest updates in the HRMS software that will make it easier for employees and the human resource team to get even better efficiency and performance.

- Split shift attendance report
- Company selection in ESS

Split Shift Attendance Report
You can now download reports by configuring it in a split shift attendance report format. It will make the shift reports more informative and will include greater details.
For example- If an employee has opted for a casual leave (CL) for the first half and has been present (P) for work in the second half it will be indicated in the report as CL:P
Path: Cloud > Analytics > Reports > Attendance
Company Selection in ESS
If employees have two different accounts in the sub companies, HR/Admin now can merge those accounts together.
Path : ESS > Timesheet > Approval > Assign Project Manager
Employees can access the merged account from the ESS home page
Timesheet Project Manager Approval
When an employee’s timesheet submission for a particular project, it will directly go for approval to the project manager that is set in the system.
Path : ESS > Timesheet > Approval > Assign Project Manager
Compensation Pay and Overtime Approval
Managers can update and approve Overtime hours and Compensatory Pay for
Week off and Holidays from ESS Portal.
