Pocket HRMS continuously strives for improving the end-user’s experience and in this pursuit, we have made further enhancements for your beloved HRMS software.

 

In this update, we have introduced the Employee Timeline, updated overtime entries, and updated ‘View Only’ rights for appraisals. These feature updates were chosen as they were requested the most by our community of dedicated user base.

1. Employee Timeline

Employee Timeline

The Administrators and HR can view employee’s timeline for events such as date of joining, confirmation date, increment, update in designation, department change, etc.

Path: Cloud > Employee List > Select an Employee > Profile > Timeline.

 

2. Experience Field in Employee Card

Employee Card Details

If you hover over the information icon denoted by an ‘i’ next to the ‘Total Experience’ field on an employee’s card, their previous experience with be shown as a pop-up.

Path: Cloud > Employee List > Select an Employee > ‘I’ icon on Employee Card.

 

3. Manager Overtime Update

Overtime

The Manager can update the overtime of an employee manually. To enable this option, the HR or Administrator needs to follow the path:

Cloud > Settings > Attendance > Attendance Setting > OT

Overtime Entry

The Manager can update the overtime hours of the employee, if required, by following the path:

Path: ESS > Profile > Approval > Manager Approval > OT Entry

4. Appraisal ‘View Only’ for Managers

The access rights to appraisal of employees for specific managers can be set to ‘View only’.

Path: ESS > PMS V2 > Employee Appraisal
