Pocket HRMS continuously strives for improving the end user’s experience and in this pursuit, we have made further enhancements to your beloved HRMS software.

 

We are here again with some amazing updates from Pocket HRMS for April and May 2022. In this update, you can see the changes even on the Login screen of the ESS portal. We are constantly trying to provide the best software experience for the HRs as well as the employees. With this update, we have covered a wide variety of modules to assure that no-one is left out.

The admin can add up to four images and a group company logo for the ESS Portal Login screen.

Cross Company wise Manager Setting

The admin can configure approval matrix for employees cross-company wise. For example, suppose, Sam is an employee and Rakesh is a manager in XYZ Company. There is another employee Rajesh who is a manager at ABC Company. With Pocket HRMS, Sam’s approval matrix can be set as Approver 1 (Rakesh) and Approver 2 (Rajesh).

Variance Report

The admin can download variance report for consecutive months using Pocket HRMS.

Appraisal Delete Feature

The admin can delete the following kinds of appraisal for multiple employees:

  • Appraisal including KPI
  • Stage-wise Appraisal including KPI

Appraisal Peer Ratings

The admin can create new users for the sole purpose of Appraisal Peer ratings for the employees. The new user will only have access to the appraisal module. The admin can define various parameters, questions and assign managers as well for the appraisal.

Define KPI Fields type as Integer

The users can define KPI fields with field type as number only and restrict the sum of values entered in the KPI as per the KRA marks defined in Appraisal Parameter.

Manual Attendance Entry

The managers can mark the attendance and update overtime hours of their team on their present dates manually. The admin can mark attendance and update overtime hours of employees for present and backdated dates manually using this functionality.

Final Claim Amount by Finance Approver

The finance approver can enter the final claim amount which will be disbursed to the employee and enter their remarks, which can be viewed by the employee who has initiated a request.
