As the new financial year has begun already, here’s how you can plan for a great HR year ahead:

Plan for unique campaigns and activities: With festivities lined up ahead, try to avoid the cliché competitions and activities. Instead, you can plan for unique competitions or activities that will make people look forward to participate. For e.g. Swachh Office, Job rotation for a day, using lesser stationary for one day/week, etc.

Discuss hobbies: In today’s fast-paced world, one thing that we cannot keep up is hobby. Be it playing guitar, dancing, horse riding or trekking, as an HR, you have ample of opportunity to explore these and create a platform wherein employees can dedicate some time to their hobbies keeping their mental as well as physical health in the pink of health.
