Termination Letter Format

This separation letter is to inform you that your employment with <Company Name> ends on <Date of termination>. This decision is not reversible.

We decided to terminate your employment because you have gone for leave without proper intimation, which is a casual approach resulting in your termination.

Your health care & insurance benefits have been ends.

You are requested to return any company property such as laptop, mouse, keys etc.

Also, please keep in mind that you have signed appointment letter which clearly states “You need to serve <Notice period> to terminate your services, and if you don’t serve then you have to buy your notice period”.

You are entitled to pay Rs      /- basic part of your salary to <Company name>.
