They will be eager to know about the new salary structure. They also would want to know about their vacation holidays, sick leaves, etc. the list is endless. Who knows your appraisal process might need an overhaul?

Since your business would be going through the same phase, it is advisable to solicit feedbacks from your employees seeking their suggestions for enhancing the processes.
